Pallet storage.
Short-term and overflow positions by the pallet — week-to-month terms, no lease, no minimums theatre. Certified operator floors across the GTA, with date-code rotation and a named lead. Scale up for Q4, down in February.
By the pallet. By the week or the month.
Storage prices per position, with handling in and out quoted separately — the same structure we quote every customer. Real rates publish here the day our rate data goes live; until then, every quote is firm before your freight arrives.
A GTA food importer's overflow that scaled from one container a week to five-to-ten a month — dry noodles, floor-loaded, palletize and sort to five SKUs, billed by the pallet by the month. Overflow isn't a fixed footprint; it breathes. The right answer is a position you can add to and walk away from, not a lease you're stuck inside when February comes.
How many positions do you need?
Rough math, no email required — cartons in, pallet positions out. The desk confirms the real footprint on your quote.

Storage, answered straight.
Is there a minimum or a lease?
No lease and no minimums theatre. You pay for the positions your freight uses, by the week or by the month — scale up for Q4 and down in February. That's the whole point of consuming capacity instead of signing for it.
Week or month — which is cheaper?
Short, fast-moving overflow is usually priced by the week; steady seasonal volume by the month. Tell us how the freight actually behaves and we'll quote the structure that costs you less.
Can I access my pallets while they're stored?
Yes — in and out are handled by the certified floor with a named lead. Pulls and adds are coordinated through the desk, and the handling rate is on your quote up front.
Are there in and out fees?
Handling in and out is quoted per pallet, separate from storage, and it's on the quote before your freight arrives. No surprise accessorials after the doors open.
Can you palletize floor-loaded freight first?
Yes — floor-loaded inbound gets destuffed, palletized, and sorted to your SKUs before it goes to a position, quoted as one number with the storage if you want it that way.
