Straight pricing

Per pallet. In and out included.

Cross-dock prices by pallet, with inbound and outbound handling included and a window of free dwell before storage kicks in — the same structure we quote every customer. Real rates publish here the day our rate data goes live; until then, every quote is firm before the trailer arrives.

RATE BOARD GATED — we publish real numbers, not teaser numbers. Dwell beyond the window converts to storage at a rate you'll see on the quote, before the trailer touches the dock.
One we actually ran the shape of

Nineteen crates of gym equipment: a semi drops Friday, cross-dock to two liftgate box trucks, Saturday 8 AM final mile — single-stack only, driver unloads. That job isn't a price; it's a choreography. Miss the stacking rule or the Saturday window and the whole thing falls over. Cross-dock is the floor with the clock on.

IncludedUnload, sort to your outbound plan, stage by door or route, and load — with the inbound and outbound appointments confirmed up front.
Add-ons quoted up frontLiftgate and box-truck final mile, driver-unload choreography, re-wrap or re-label, palletizing floor-loaded freight before it moves.
The honest partIf the appointments don't line up — inbound late, outbound window tight — we tell you before you book, not while your freight sits on a dock.

Questions we actually get

Cross-docking, answered straight.

How fast can you turn a cross-dock?

Same-day turns are normal near the 401/427 corridors and Pearson cargo when the appointment lines up. Tell us your inbound ETA and the outbound window and we'll tell you the truth about hitting it before you commit — not a maybe.

Do I need an appointment window?

Yes — cross-dock lives and dies by the appointment. We confirm the inbound and outbound windows up front so your freight isn't sitting on a dock waiting for a door to open.

What trailer types can you handle?

Dry van, reefer, and container on chassis at most certified facilities; liftgate and box-truck final mile is coordinated per job. Tell us the equipment and we'll confirm the floor that fits it.

What about stacking or driver-unload rules?

Flag them at intake. Single-stack only, driver-unload, no double-handling — those constraints decide which floor and which crew. Getting them wrong turns a clean turn into a mess, so we build them into the plan from the start.

What happens if freight dwells past the window?

It converts to storage at a rate you'll see on the quote before the trailer arrives — no surprise line item after the doors open. That's the Standard.

Consider it carried.
