How fast can you take a container?
Urgent windows are our specialty — that's the whole Rescue Desk. For planned work, same-week is normal and same-day is often possible near the 401/427 corridors. Tell us your window and we'll tell you the truth about hitting it.
Do you handle FBA prep after destuff?
Yes — labeling, poly-bagging, and carton forwarding to Amazon FCs are quoted as add-ons up front. Floor-load to FBA-ready is one of the most common runs on the network.
What if my carton count is way over?
Overage is priced in fixed increments that you'll see on the quote before work starts. No surprise line items after the doors open — that's the Standard.
Can you store the pallets after?
Same floor, by the pallet, week-to-month terms, no lease. Destuff-and-store is quoted as one number if you want it that way.
How are the carton allowances set?
Each container size carries a carton allowance and a SKU cap that match how the work actually runs; cartons over the allowance are priced in fixed increments. You'll see the allowance and any overage on the quote before the doors open.
