Self-check · Guidance, not a guarantee
Will my load get rejected?
Eight questions against the things DCs actually bounce loads over. Answer honestly — you get an instant risk read on this screen, no email required. It's a guide built from crew experience, not a promise: the receiver's scan is the only verdict that counts.
The checklist
The on-screen scorer needs JavaScript. Here's the same checklist to run by eye — count your “Yes” answers.
Is any pallet taller than the receiver's max (often 48–60in incl. pallet)?
Are any pallets broken, leaning, or over-hanging the deck boards?
Is the load floor-loaded or unsecured (no proper wrap / banding)?
Are labels missing, wrong, or unreadable on any carton or pallet?
Is your delivery appointment unconfirmed or outside the DC window?
Are you unsure the receiver accepts your pallet type (e.g. CHEP only)?
Is the BOL missing the PO, count, or required references?
Are mixed SKUs or codes on a pallet that should be single-SKU?
Read it straight: four or more “Yes” answers — or a single Yes on labels, the appointment, or pallet height — and you're at real risk. Fix it before the trailer rolls. Guidance, not a guarantee: the receiver's scan is the only verdict that counts.
